No. Mailboxes are delivered new. Warm them up before sending, with inboxy warmup (a flat $3 per inbox a month) or your sequencer's own warmup if you use it.

Base it on your daily sending goal and keep volume per mailbox conservative, spread across several domains. Buy as many as you need at the flat rate and add more at any time.
